About Fire
Fire is an incredibly unique equestrian necklace. Two separate horses merging together with their manes commingling below. This statement necklace is created from one piece of fine silver with 24 karat gold keum-boo accents in the deep areas of the mane.
The beautiful stone above is a Boulder Opal with gorgeous blue and green colors. “Opal” comes from the latin word opalus – precious jewel, and from the Greek word opallios – to see a change in color. The stone is complimented by vibrant Apatite beads with 14k gold and sterling silver beads. Sterling silver chain and clasp.
Her mane is that copper color. Sun shines through it, lighting it afire.
She tosses her head, flicks an ear. Her eyes shift…looking toward the beach and the ocean beyond, then back toward the grass beyond the dunes. She’s making choices.
An absent stamp of a foot, a toss of her forelock, and she turns to the surf and is soon out of sight. The light of her fiery mane flickering, then disappearing as she makes her way amongst the waves.
She is pure air and fire; she is indeed a horse, and all other jades you may call beasts.
